Hey Aish! I agree. I never visited the original flagship store in downtown San Francisco, but saw photos online on how big it was (multiple stories if I recall).
The Fillmore location was also quite cute and had lots of charm, but was also small.
There's a copy of the first edition of Images of Man on eBay but $375 is also way over the top ... Anyway thanks for pointing to the documentary and the PS article!
